A software for 3D stem model construction and measurment
Tree stem is traditionally assumed as a regular geometry, which is inconsistent with the real geometry of the stem. for this issue, we present a novel 3D stem model with geometry consistency and its corresponding stem parameters retrieval methods using terrestrial laser scanning data. At present, we release the current version of the developed software, and submit the paper to the journal.

The current version of the 3D stem model is implemented based on C++ with the Point Cloud Library (PCL, 1.8.1), Qt (5.9.6) and VTK (8.0.0).
